Por conta de um congresso, o Professor Duarte e quatro amigos arruaceiros ganham o direito de passar um dia em Paris, onde procuram conquistar as garotas francesas 'liberadas': uma strip-teaser, uma cantora, uma garota típica local e uma escultora e modelo existencialista. Porém, todas enfrentam problemas, quer seja, com a avó doente que inferniza, a irmã puritana do Exército da Salvação, a prima alcóolatra e obsessiva, os vícios... Eles se metem nas piores confusões (assassinato, drogas, roubo e prisão) mas, nenhum deles decide dar o braço a torcer e relatam extasiados suas extraordinárias aventuras com as liberadas mulheres parisienses
