A saga de Tyler (Joe Conti) e Roger (Gerald McCullouch) continua, mas agora num cenário praiano e cercado de uma cota dobrada de ursos: a Bear Week de Provincetown. "BearCity 2 - The Proposal" registra o casamento dos respectivos personagens que são tão opostos e difíceis de formarem química, por causa dos inúmeros contrastes. Neste segundo longa, Tyler deixa de ser novato entre os ursos e Roger tenta diminuir o seu lado promíscuo, com o objetivo de prezar pela fidelidade para com o seu parceiro.
