Pocó está pronto para nascer e viver o melhor dia da sua vida de cachorro! Porém, é enviado para uma família errada obrigando ele a voltar para a Ilha dos Ilús, local mítico onde todos os animais vivem antes de nascerem. Inconformado, Pocó quer conhecer sua verdadeira família, mesmo que, para isso, precise descobrir a todo custo uma passagem secreta, que somente Rinco, o lider do clã dos animais rejeitados, sabe encontrar. Sua melhor amiga Oli o ajuda nessa jornada, mesmo Pocó nem imaginando que ela é uma espiã da Gakra, uma réptil maligna que pretende invadir a ilha e sacudir com todo o reino animal.
