Maurice e Dave são uma trapalhada dupla de vendedores de carne congelada que vende seus próprios produtos de porta em porta. Depois de passar muito tempo sem negociar um único bife, eles vão ter que fazer das tripas coração para fechar um excelente negócio em apenas 24 horas....ou estão despedidos. No meio do dia mais quente do ano, Mauricio e Dave procuram o cliente errado e acabam se metendo no meio de um acerto de contas entre um grupo de negociantes de armas. Será que a venda de carne congelada vale tudo isso, afinal de contas?
