Em uma vila na costa calabresa, um homem de trinta anos é preso por ameaçar um policial com uma faca. Durante seu interrogatório, as histórias de quatro amigos de infância, todos traumatizados por um evento sangrento que presenciaram quando crianças, se entrelaçam. Um deles envia uma mensagem revelando sua intenção de voltar à vila para se vingar. Os amigos deixam suas vidas para encontrá-lo e impedir que cometa uma loucura. Ao chegarem, percebem que precisam confrontar o trauma que transformou suas vidas em um inferno.
