Ben levou um fora da namorada e junto com seu amigo Marcus vai para New Orleans comemorar o Mardi Gras, uma espécie de carnaval da cidade. Lá resolvem fazer um tour pelo “Pântano Assombrado” e conhecem Misty e Jenna, duas dançarinas exóticas, e a doce Marybeth. Durante o passeio, ficam sabendo da lenda de Victor Crowley, um garoto deformado que morreu tragicamente assassinado pelo próprio pai. Ben e Marcus não levam a história a sério, mas não demora muito para que eles tenham certeza de que Victor está de volta. Uma nova história sangrenta, no melhor estilo Jason e Freddy, que fará você sentir calafrios de terror.
