Em um quarto bagunçado, um tapa derruba uma mulher no chão. A agressora, parece enlouquecida, banhada em raiva e lágrimas. O motivo que leva as duas, aparentemente velhas conhecidas, a esse estado não é imediatamente revelado. Rapidamente somos transportados para outra época, a década de 70: violência, repressão, ditadura, a geração hippie, a contracultura. Reencontramos essas duas mulheres, agora amigas, em uma sala de cinema. Inicia-se aqui um quebra-cabeças a ser montado, onde presente, passado e ilusão misturam-se, confundem-se.
