Totalmente Inocentes conta a história de Da Fé (Lucas de Jesus), Bracinho (Gleison Silva) e Torrado (Carlos Evandro), três crianças sem “dom” para a criminalidade, mas que mesmo assim, querem se tornar os “donos do morro”, tudo para impressionar a garota mais bela da favela, personagem de Mariana Rios. Mas no caminho dos garotos está Do Morro, um dos líderes da comunidade. O filme ainda vai satirizar algumas das cenas clássicas dos chamados 'favela-movie' do cinema brasileiro.
