Oração é um filme-canto onde duas musicistas e um bailarino elaboram a relação entre memória diaspórica afro-brasileira e a canção popular. A partir de uma referência da colagem, do beat, o filme elabora estratégias de invenção da memória de corpos historicamente destituídos de sua história, de seus afetos. Uma proposta de presente e também de futuro, um pedido, um agradecimento. A voz, a canção, como lugar de partilha, de cura e canto: uma oração.
