Hyo Jin é uma obstetra que sonha em adotar um bebê com sua amante lésbica, Seo Young. Min Soo e Suk são um casal gay. Esses dois casais, em seguida, envolvem-se num casamento falso para esconder sua homossexualidade. Min Soo (Kim Dong Yoon) e Hyo Jin (Ryu Hyun Kyung) se conhecem do trabalho desde que entraram juntos. Já se conhecendo eles acabam se casando, mas na verdade é um casamento falso para esconder a opção sexual de ambos. Hyo Jin tem uma companheira, Seo Young (Jung Ae Yun) com quem sonha em adotar uma criança, mas por serem lésbicas o processo é muito demorado. Min Soo é um gay não assumido que conhece Suk (Song Yong Jin) e finalmente consegue se ver feliz.
