Quando os amigos de Elena a levam para uma festa secreta em um lugar não revelado, ela nunca imaginaria que se tornaria a mais nova vítima do Colecionador, um assassino psicopata. O Colecionador a sequestra e a leva a um hotel abandonado, transformado em seu labirinto particular de tortura e morte. Quando fica sabendo do desaparecimento da filha, o rico pai de Elena contrata um grupo de mercenários para recuperá-la das garras do Colecionador. Os homens obrigam Arkin, o único homem que escapou da ira deste monstro, a guiá-los pelo terrível labirinto. Agora, Arkin deve lutar novamente por sua vida e para salvar Elena.
