Harris, Sid e Kira são amigos de juventude que se reencontram anos depois para o funeral de outro amigo. Depois do enterro, eles bebem demais no bar local e acabam voltando ao cemitério, onde seguem o poema de uma misteriosa carta encontrada junto à lápide e dançam sobre túmulos para "celebrar a vida". Mas este comportamento imaturo traz consequências inimagináveis, pois o poema que declamaram era na verdade um feitiço e, recitando-o, os três despertaram espíritos irados, que começam a aterrorizá-los.
