A história, narrada em primeira pessoa pela cineasta Luna Alkalay, retrata sua experiência em um relacionamento abusivo com um homem 35 anos mais jovem. O filme explora o abuso psicológico, a manipulação e o impacto emocional desse relacionamento na vida da protagonista. Através de uma abordagem ensaística e poética, o filme se desenvolve em diferentes planos da realidade, misturando o tempo real, as memórias da protagonista e elementos míticos representados por 3 figuras feminina extraídas da mitologia, que funcionam como exemplos da mulher que só repete o que o homem lhe ordena (Eco), a que espera (Penélope) e a que se desespera (Medeia).
