“Espelho da Memória” documenta a história de Guinho, rapaz que teve diversos momentos de sua vida registrados pelas filmagens caseiras de sua avó, Cida. Articulando essas imagens com referências audiovisuais - de novelas brasileiras a filmes clássicos -, Guinho narra como o olhar de Cida o ajudou a construir sua própria subjetividade e sensibilidade artística. Entre aproximações e afastamentos, a relação entre ambos se aprofunda quando Cida é diagnosticada com a doença de Alzheimer. Em busca de ajudar no tratamento da avó, Guinho resgata as filmagens feitas por ela no passado e redescobre não só sua própria história, como também a história de vó Cida.
