Dirigido pelo cineasta Samuel Peregrino e produzido pela Animatriz Studio, o curta-metragem traz um faroeste tupiniquim num arraial fantasma em 1850. Inspirada em fatos reais, a história se passa num garimpo situado no extinto Arraial de Bom Jesus do Pontal em Tocantins, à época, Capitania de Goyaz, um ano depois do ataque dos nativos Xerentes. A trama conta a história de Raposo Tenório, um velho Bandeirante faiscador que sobreviveu a este ataque. Ele se escondeu dos nativos para continuar procurando pelo seu ouro roubado e escondido por seu finado amigo, Quixirixá. O filme é sobre esta mística região do norte de Goyaz e a febre do ouro dos Goyazes.
