Ben estava lutando contra o Dr. Animal e o derrota, destruindo uma bomba de DNA, emitindo ondas que deixam o Omnitrix em modo MAD (modo de autodestruição). Agora, Tetrax vem à Terra dizer a Ben sobre isso. Tetrax, Gluto, Ben e Gwen devem, então, que encontrar Azmuth, o criador do Omnitrix, para controlar impedir que este se autodestrua, levando consigo Ben e todos os planetas, inclusive a Terra, onde vô Max está. Eles encontram Myaxx, assistente de Azmuth. Mas Vilgax planeja recuperar o Omnitrix e Azmuth é encontrado, então eles se preparam para uma grande batalha contra Vilgax.
