Nesta comedia hilariante, Tiffany Courtney (Jaime Pressly) é a petulante editora da Merle Magazine e está determinada a mudar o universo de leitores da sua revista. Seu objetivo é aumentar a credibilidade. As pessoas que folheiam páginas da publicação são, em sua maioria, prisioneiros, transexuais, padres e gays. Tiffany propõe a seguinte idéia: fazer um ensaio fotográfico em uma ilha paradisíaca com as cinco modelos mais famosas do mundo. Talvez assim ela consiga atingir sua meta. Com tudo combinado, a editora chega ao local acompanhada das beldades e, ao lado dos fotógrafos Gunter e Gerd, dá inicio à produção dos ensaios. Só que as garotas discutem por tudo e se revelam muito desagradáveis. Mas esse não é o grande problema… Misteriosamente, as lindas modelos começam a ser assassinadas.
