oe Bill Rack Racklin, um xerife desonesto de Oklahoma, nos EUA, arrumou uma nova namorada. Mas o destino fez seu pai chamar sua ex-namorada, Annie, que voltou há pouco da cidade grande, para uma conversa. Só que a reunião deles é interrompida quando Annie é sequestrada por um magnata das drogas, que exige a liberdade do irmão, que está preso na cadeia de Joe.
