O vendedor de discos Noam (Ohad Knoller), o gerente de um café Yelli (Alon Friedman) e a vendedora de cosméticos Lulu (Daniela Virtzer) dividem um apartamento em um bairro descolado de Tel Aviv. O local é o símbolo da "bolha", apelido dado à cidade. O trio leva uma vida comum, sem se preocupar com os conflitos políticos que agitam o país, até Noam se apaixonar por Ashraf (Yousef "Joe" Sweid), um palestino que conheceu após um acidente no posto de controle de Naplouse.
