Retro e Pandy, um casal de improváveis renegados, despertam nus na Terra sem lembrança de seu passado, mas com habilidades físicas superiores. Depois de envolverem-se em crimes para conseguir comida, roupas e transporte pelas ruas centrais de Tóquio, são capturados pelas autoridades e enviados a infame prisão chamada Dead Leaves. Juntos, orquestram uma fuga em massa da prisão e descobrem o trabalho secreto que está sendo realizado naquelas instalações.
