Em um mundo sitiado pela 2ª Guerra Mundial vive Wendy, agora adulta, que tenta passar aos seus filhos a esperança em um mundo melhor contando a eles as mágicas experiências pelas quais passou na Terra do Nunca, ao lado de Peter Pan. Entre os filhos de Wendy está Jane, de 12 anos, que não acredita em tais aventuras. Até que ressurge o Capitão Ganche, que sequestra Jane e a leva para a Terra do Nunca, na intenção de usá-la em seu mais novo plano para capturar Peter Pan.
