Danny Fisher (John Cena) é um detetive da polícia de Nova Orleans que consegue impedir a fuga de Miles Jackson (Aidan Gillen), um assaltante que acaba de realizar um assalto de milhões de dólares. Só que a namorada de Miles morre, acidentalmente. Após fugir da prisão, Miles passa a elaborar sua vingança contra Fisher.
