Felix De La Pena (Leguizamo) é um motorista de caminhão blindado trabalhador, um marido amoroso com sua esposa Marina (Perez) e um pai cuidar de dois no bairro East LA Boyle Heights. Após ser sequestrado e baleado na cabeça durante um seqüestro liderado por Adell Baldwin (Gibson), Felix perde a memória, exibe um comportamento irregular pós-trauma, e é enquadrada como principal suspeito pelo crime. Como ele não pode fornecer qualquer leva a agente do FBI Steve Perelli (Bobby Cannavale), Felix é forçado a tentar encontrar seu agressor sozinho.
