Mei (Anita Mui) é a irmã de Shing, o Mestre dos Jogos (Stephen Chow) que também possui habilidades sobrenaturais. No entanto, ela escolhe não usar seus poderes para jogar. Ela decide ir a Hong Kong para encontrar seu irmão e trazê-lo de volta para a China, e lá ela encontra o tio San (Man Tat Ng) e acaba descobrindo que seu irmão decidiu viajar pelo mundo. Tio San pede a Mei para competir no próximo torneio, mas ela recusa. Ameaçado, ele precisa arrumar alguém no mesmo nível que Shing e Mei para competir, e por "sorte" ele acaba conhecendo Fanny, a "Rainha dos Jogos" (Carol Cheng) que parece ser sua salvadora, mas só parece, e Mei continua sendo a única que poderá ajudá-los.
