Paródia de "Matar ou Morrer" (High Noon). Encravada no velho oeste, a turbulenta City Down recebe a visita de dois forasteiros, Kid Bolha e Cisco Kada, na verdade, vigaristas atrapalhados. Por um golpe do destino, um deles é nomeado xerife e salvam a cidade da tirania do temível bandido Jesse Gordon. Mas o horrível facínora não se dá por vencido e desafia Kid para um duelo ao meio-dia em ponto.
