Ajay Sharma, (Shahrukh Khan), é um homem que busca vingança. Seu pai, Vishwanath Sharma (Anant Mahadevan), uma vez dono de um império grande negócio, foi fraudado por Madan Chopra (Dalip Tahil), que era um empregado de confiança na empresa. Depois de ser expulso da sua própria empresa e perder tudo o que tinham, a família Sharma tem de sofrer muito. Logo depois, o pai de Ajay e sua irmãzinha morrem. Sua mãe (Rakhee) está sofrendo de uma doença mental e perda de memória. Ele quer matar o homem que fez essa injustiça com ele e levar o mesmo destino em cima de sua família. E para fazer isso, ele fará qualquer coisa.
