Para ajudá-lo a resolver o mistério por trás do assassinato de seu pai e levar os culpados à justiça, uma agência governamental equipa-o com uma motocicleta especial carregada com dispositivos e um escudo indestrutível. Agora armado, ele luta contra os inimigos da nação como o Sentinela da Liberdade, o Capitão América.
