Paixão Pela Velocidade segue a vida de Eric Bana (ator dos filmes Munique, Tróia e Hulk) e seu relacionamento com um Ford Falcon XB Coupe que ele comprou quando tinha 15 anos. O filme mostra o ator junto de seus três melhores amigos e as suas memórias do carro que é sua verdadeira paixão, além de uma grande variedade de filmagens caseiras e imagens mais recentes deles competindo na Tasmânia Targa Rally em 2006. Eles haviam competido na mesma prova 11 anos antes, com o mesmo carro (embora ele fora totalmente reconstruído em 2005). Com a participação especial de Jeremy Clarkson, Jay Leno, Grant Denyer, Phil McGraw e Jim Richards, esse documentário sincero e pessoal é perfeito para os fanáticos por velocidade.
