Um jovem de nome Peter é enviado secretamente pelos defensores da moral do Parlamento Inglês, para descobrir os podres dos clubes de sexo e fetichismo, de modo a recolher informações e, sobretudo provas, que lhes permitam terminar de vez este tipo de actividades no país. Peter é um empregado de uma firma de computadores intitulada Holy Hardware (e cujo lema é : Liga-te ao Senhor!), subitamente lançado no meio dos grandes clubes e das suas festas loucas de sexo. Aí é testemunha de coisas maliciosamente impensáveis que tem de relatar a Henry Harding (Tom Bell), um membro do Parlamento que se delicia com o que o seu protegido lhe conta. Contudo, Peter sente-se atraído pela bela Tanya, uma «sex goddess» e dona de uma cadeia de clubes fetichistas dos dois lados do Atlântico. Ele quer que ela tenha uma vida mais calma, ela quer corrompê-lo. Quem vencerá?
