Os Krazzy 4 é sobre quatro caras loucos. Raja é um paciente com transtorno explosivo intermitente. Dr. Mukherjee é um paciente de transtorno de personalidade obsessivo-compulsivo. Dabboo é um paciente de mutismo seletivo. Gangadhar é um paciente com esquizofrenia. Dra. Sonali trata os Krazzy 4 em um hospital psiquiátrico. Ela acredita que com um pouco de paciência e tempo, os quatro podem voltar a ser uma parte da sociedade. Ela resolve levar eles para assistir a uma partida de críquete, mas no caminho é sequestrada e os Krazzy 4 ficam à solta na sociedade. O que acontece a seguir são situações engraçadas na tentativa dos Krazzy 4 em resgatar a amável Dra. Sonali.
