Patrick (Kentucker Audley) é um fotógrafo que viaja com seus amigos e colegas de trabalho Sam (AJ Bowen) e Jake (Joe Swanberg) até Eden Parish, uma comunidade onde sua irmã mora desde que começou um tratamento contra as drogas. Apesar de alguma dúvidas sobre o isolamento do local, ele vai até lá para visitá-la, enquanto seus amigos vão em busca de alguma história interessante para um documentário. Quando chegam, eles encontram pessoas extremamente felizes e satisfeitas com a comunidade e seus métodos de tratamento. Mas eles logo descobrem algo sinistro por trás do cenário aparentemente tranquilo.
