Adam Vance tem uma vida aparentemente perfeita – um ótimo emprego, grandes amigos e um bom casamento. Sua única reclamação é sobre a monotonia de sua vida sexual. Então, ele se vê procurando por outras formas de satisfazer seus desejos através de seu computador, caindo em um website chamado Bate-Papo Cibernético. Lá, ele encontra tudo o que quer sem ter que sair de casa – sem contato físico, todas as fantasias e nenhum risco. É aí que Adam conhece a bela “Angel”, uma mulher tão psicótica quanto sedutora. Seus picantes e envolventes jogos incluem luxúria, chantagem e, finalmente, uma orgia que termina em assassinato. Então, o desavisado Adam acaba atraído para dentro de sua rede mortal. Agora, as cartas estão todas na mesa enquanto ele luta por sua própria vida e também pela segurança daqueles que ama.
