Sandra perde seu emprego pois outros trabalhadores da fábrica prefiram receber um bônus ao invés de mantê-la na equipe. Ela descobre que alguns de seus colegas foram persuadidos a votar contra ela. Mas Sandra tem uma chance de reconquistá-lo. Ela e o marido (Fabrizio Rongione) têm uma tarefa complicada para o final de semana: eles devem visitar os colegas de trabalho e convencê-los a abrir mão de seus bônus, para que o casal possa manter o seu emprego.
