Os gêmeos, agora chamados Danny (Erik von Detten) e Anna (Elisabeth Moss), são encontrados por Zoe Moon (Perrey Reeves), uma jovem garçonete em um pequeno bar aos pés da Montanha da Bruxa. Ela vê as duas crianças, e percebe que quando suas mãos se tocam, elas criam uma onde de energia roxa. Antes que ela possa fazer qualquer coisa as crianças são separadas e só voltam a se encontrar anos depois, em um orfanato. Juntos eles vão buscar suas origens e descobrir que têm estranhos poderes.
