Vincke e Verstuyft são uma das melhores equipes de detetives da força policial de Antuérpia. Quando eles são confrontados com o desaparecimento de um alto funcionário e o assassinato de duas prostitutas, o rastro leva ao assassino quase aposentado Angelo Ledda. Desde que Ledda começa a mostrar sintomas de Alzheimer, está ficando cada vez mais difícil completar seus contratos. Quando ele tem que assassinar uma prostituta de 12 anos de idade, ele se recusa e se torna ele mesmo um alvo. Enquanto Vincke e Verstuyft o perseguem e contam os cadáveres, Ledda está cuidando de seus empregadores.
