A trama gira basicamente em torno de Fei, White e Fong, três jovens que sem saber e carregam pingentes que na verdade são partes de um mapa que leva ao lendário tesouro 'Muralha Sagrada'. Depois que um implacável empresário e chefe da tríade chamado Duanmu (Collin Chou) os rastreia, ele envia os capangas para sequestrar e forçá-los a revelar a localização secreta do artefato. Felizmente, seus caminhos se cruzam com os dois policiais legais Edge e seu parceiro maluco Lin Dan (Donnie Yen), que assumem a responsabilidade de proteger as crianças e encontrar o tesouro lendário antes que ele caia nas garras do mal.
