Depois de perder toda a equipe num confronto com a gang do brutal Vincent Weaver (Bentley Mitchum), o agente Ryan (Bryan Genesse) consegue sobreviver e, com a ajuda de um amigo policial da fronteira, consegue capturá-los. Mas, enquanto eram transportados de trem para a prisão, os bandidos conseguem se livrar das algemas e tomam todos os passageiros como reféns. Tomando também o controle do trem, Weaver e seu bando tentam escapar, enquanto Ryan faz de tudo para impedir e, ao mesmo tempo, tentar salvar os reféns.
