A equipe Tracy soma esforços para que Lady Penélope possa derrotar uma gangue internacional de terroristas que decidiram destruir o Resgate Internacional. Durante a viagem inaugural do fabuloso transporte de passageiros Navio Aéreo 1, Lady Penélope fica surpresa ao descobrir que a tripulação verdadeira foi morta e substituída por uma gangue de impiedosos sequestradores que desejam se utilizar dela para obter informações secretas sobre a equipe do Resgate Internacional. Enquanto a super aeronave dá a volta ao mundo rumo à catástrofe certa, Penélope precisa ser mais esperta que seus raptores e mandar um S.O.S. antes que seja tarde demais.
