Nando, que há quatro anos abandonou o tráfico de drogas, é obrigado a buscar 30 kg de cocaína na fronteira com a Colômbia. Pressionado, procura um amigo quase irmão, Vânder, que conheceu quando estavam no reformatório. Ao retornarem da Colômbia, às margens do rio Amazonas, Nando e Vânder, aguardando instruções para passar a cocaína em Manaus, conhecem Monalise, jovem amante de um traficante francês. Juntos, descobrem que foram traídos. No caminho de volta a Brasília, eles resolvem arquitetar um plano suicida de vingança.
