Em viagem a China, o professor Van Helsing faz uma palestra numa universidade e conta a lenda de uma vilarejo amaldiçoado onde todo ano, durante 7 luas, sete vampiros surgem para aterrorizar as aldeias próximas. Mas a lenda torna-se realidade quando Drácula devolve vida aos Sete Vampiros de Ouro. Com isso, o famoso caçador de vampiros Van Helsing é persuadido por uma família de experts em Kung Fu para ajudá-los a salvar os moradores da ameaça dos mortos-vivos.
