Em uma viagem de trem para o Oeste para se tornar uma noiva por encomenda, Susan Bradley conhece um grupo alegre de jovens que viajam para abrir um restaurante "Harvey House" em um ponto de parada remoto, oferecendo boa comida e companhia saudável aos viajantes de trem. Quando Susan e seu pretendente tímido acham o romance intimidador, ela se junta às Garotas Harvey.
