"Up! Live in Chicago" é o terceiro álbum de vídeo ao vivo da cantora canadense Shania Twain. Dirigido e produzido por Beth McCarthy-Miller, o show foi realizado e filmado em 27 de julho de 2003 no Hutchinson Field no lado sul de Grant Park em Chicago, Illinois; mais de 50.000 pessoas compareceram. O show em si foi diferente daquele do Up! Tour (2003–04), com palco, setlist e produção diferentes. Imagens dos bastidores do cantor visitando marcos e eventos locais foram filmadas na mesma semana. O filme-concerto estreou na National Broadcasting Company (NBC) em 19 de agosto de 2003. O especial foi assistido por mais de 8,87 milhões de telespectadores, tornando-se o segundo filme-concerto mais visto na televisão, atrás de Celine Dion's A New Day... Live em Las Vegas (2003).
