Em um momento de imenso perigo, os monges esconder o Sharira Dunhuang, budista talismã que contém a essência de um homem santo, em um lugar inacessível aos mortais. No entanto, está escrito que um dia alguém irá encontrá-lo. Tong Yin e seu irmão são os últimos descendentes de uma antiga família de acrobatas. Um dia, ele apresenta Eric, um homem que ele conheceu Yin no passado. Trazer um medalhão que vai ser a chave para desvendar os mistérios da Sharira. Juntos, eles embarcam numa perigosa jornada em busca do Talisman. Mas Karl procurando o mesmo que eles e acompanhando de perto: é um homem rico que não tem compaixão e escrúpulos e que vai parar em nada. A busca leva-os para o deserto de Dunhuang e, em seguida, para o Tibete.
