O filme trata dos fatos que envolvem um lobisomem da floresta tropical, que tem o seu covil entre palmeiras, jaqueiras frondosas e orquídeas. De lá comanda sua gang, e procura se sobrepor aos espíritos das matas, entre os quais destaca-se Satanás, que se revela no interior de grutas pré-históricas, como um homem das cavernas. Entre orgias com mulheres lindíssimas, os gritos de pássaros exóticos, sambas carnavalescos e chorinhos de Pinxinguinha, compõem o som tropical que, ecoando entre as árvores úmidas, jorra com o sangue das vítimas.
