O Mundo Encantado dos Brinquedos é o local onde são feitos todos os presentes distribuídos por Papai Noel na noite de Natal. Neste lugar mágico, os personagens dos contos de fadas se encontram e todos trabalham na grande fábrica de brinquedos. Só que, um velho mesquinho e rabugento ameaça a paz na Terra dos Brinquedos, tentando destruir a fábrica e a alegria do Natal. Cabe às pessoas que trabalham lá salvar o lugar dos sonhos de toda criança.
