Por não conseguir cometer maldades, Stanley foi mandado embora do Reino dos Duendes e acabou caindo bem no meio do maior parque de Nova Iorque. Lá, ele encontra novos amigos e descobre que rabugenta Rainha Gnorga também veio para a cidade... para espalhar maldade com seu terrível dedão. Agora, só Stanley poderá salvar as crianças, usando seus poderes para derrotar a rainha.
