Divertida e tocante comédia sobre um casamento inusitado em uma pequena igreja no interior. Os noivos e os convidados vãos à cerimonia em dois ônibus fretados, mas somente o noivo aparenta saber onde fica a igreja. Um imprevisto os faz mudar de caminho e a partir daí, somente o padre - não muito sóbrio, pode ajudá-los, por telefone, a encontrar a tão almejada igreja. Nesta altura, para piorar a situação, todos já estão dando palpites, inclusive os penetras e convidados inesperados. Resta ao casal esperar um milagre para que tudo aconteça conforme o planejado e nada estrague o grande dia.
