Tendo retornado de Shaolin, onde ele desenvolveu suas habilidades marciais, Fong Sai-Yuk (Shut Bo-wa) se junta com o colega de Shaolin Wu Wai-kin (Cheung Wang-mooi) para encontrar um valentão artista marcial Wu Dan chamado Dragonhead. O conflito cresce quando na tentativa de destruir Shaolin, o governo Qing ordena a um comissário local para iniciar uma guerra entre Shaolin e Wu Dan. O comissário ordena Dragonhead para cuidar de Sai-Yuk e Dragonhead recruta um poderoso artista marcial, que quer se vingar de Sai-Yuk pela morte de seu irmão. Para atrair Sai-Yuk para uma armadilha, os vilões sequestram a irmã de Wai-kin, Sai-Yuk, sua mãe e Wai-kin se apressam para resgatá-la, mas, ao fazê-lo, eles invocam seus irmãos Shaolin mais próximos de um grande conflito com Wu Dan e o líder traidor Pai Mei.
