Daniel Bernhardt volta, desta vez como John Keller, um tira perito em artes marciais com um chip implantado em seu ombro. A unidade de investigação de Keller descobre que em várias prisões detentos estão sendo executados e seus corpos estão desaparecendo. Keller se infiltra na prisão, mas quando mais uma morte acontece ele é tido injustamente como culpado e é levado para o corredor da morte. Seu único contato no exterior é Christy Blaire, que vai tentar livrá-lo do mundo de corrupção e violência de dentro de uma prisão dominada por guardas corruptos que promovem lutas sangrentas como forma de divertimento. Keller tem muito pouco tempo para escapar com vida, e vai ter de encarar a morte em um beco sem saída.
