Após seu parceiro brutalmente assassinado por Bily (Costas Mandylor), o detetive Sean (Christopher Atkins) traumatizado e descontente, deixa a força policial de Las Vegas e se muda, junto com a mulher e a filha, para um rancho. Após dez anos, Billy consegue fugir da prisão e juntamente com Sadie (Laura Lane), sua sádica namorada, sai à procura de Sean, o policial que o prendeu, deixando um rastro de sangue e mortes por onde passam. Quando finalmente encontram o rancho, Billy e Sadie tomam a mulher e a filha de Sena como reféns, e ele terá que enfrentar sozinho os brutais assassinos para salvar sua família.
